Return and Refund Policy for NubianMart

At NubianMart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: The customer is responsible for the courier/shipping costs associated with returning items for a change of mind.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during transit, or significantly different from what was described on our store, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund within 1 months of delivery.
Please notify us immediately at support@nubianmart.com with a description and clear photos of the defect or damage.
Nubianmart will cover all courier costs associated with the return and replacement of defective or incorrect items.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and copyright, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings.
Perishable goods (e.g., food items or flowers in gift baskets).
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
4. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our support team at support@nubianmart.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and the proof of purchase. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Shipping: Dispatch the package using a trackable courier service. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, you will need to return the original item for a refund (following the Standard Returns process) and place a new order for the desired item.
